Organisational Wellbeing Course
Description
Would you like to improve mental health and wellbeing in your workplace? This course from MHScot considers the strategic role of mental health and wellbeing in the workplace and is aimed at people in a strategic and/or senior leadership role. The course is aligned with participants own strategy, values and context. The course takes 4 hours to complete and is delivered in 2 sessions of 2 hours (pricing - £2000 + VAT, up to 12 participants). Requests to add topics or to help facilitate plans going forward are always welcome.
The course considers the role of leaders and supporting them, together with a consistent approach to supporting colleagues and staff. Links are made with existing support already in place. Identifying relevant KPIs and measures of success are also considered.
This course is recommended as the first part of an all-staff programme with follow-up training for managers and staff. As part of a programme, a preventative approach and positive culture are highlighted with practical techniques to take care of people's ongoing mental health and wellbeing in the workplace. The course can also be delivered on a one-to-one basis.
