A unique horse-led leadership and team-building session for up to six participants. Includes herd observation, leadership challenges, teamwork activities, reflective exercises, and practical learning inspired by herd dynamics. Ideal for families, teams, youth groups, or friends wanting to build confidence, communication, and shared leadership skills together.
Eat Sleep Ride is an accessible, community-led social enterprise on the South East coastline on their off-grid 24-acre farm. They support people on their journey to wellness and abundance through high-quality interactive equine, nature and countryside initiatives whilst instilling our zero impact ambitions. ESR offer a range of services such as ridden tuition, experience days, events and clinics, professional training pathways, venue hire, livery, clipping, horse training, backing, and rehabilitation services. They also offer a range of non-equine services such as volunteering opportunities, employability training,alternative education provision, skills workshops, creative personal and professional development, health and wellness packages, and venue hire. |
