Description

The Herd Dynamics Leadership Retreat offers organisations and teams a unique opportunity to step away from the workplace and reconnect with leadership, collaboration and wellbeing through nature-based learning.

This retreat combines a peaceful stay at The Manse, a beautiful countryside retreat space in the Scottish Borders, with an immersive Herd Dynamics leadership experience at Eat Sleep Ride, where participants work alongside horses to explore communication, awareness, and shared leadership.

The experience is designed for teams, leaders and organisations looking to strengthen collaboration, reflection and innovation in a supportive and inspiring environment.

The retreat includes:

• Accommodation at The Manse in a tranquil rural setting
• A facilitated Herd Dynamics leadership session with horses at Eat Sleep Ride
• Guided experiential learning exploring shared leadership and team dynamics
• Time for reflection, connection and creative thinking away from the workplace
• Optional catering packages and wellness experiences

The Herd Dynamics approach draws inspiration from the natural behaviour of horse herds, offering powerful insights into communication, presence and authentic leadership.

This retreat is ideal for organisations looking to invest in leadership development, team wellbeing and meaningful learning experiences in nature.

Maximum group size: up to 15 participants

Custom packages can include catering and transport between the Manse and Eat Sleep Ride.
