The Yoga Tree Stirling is a social enterprise that promotes physical, mental and emotional wellbeing through yoga, dance and other movement practices. They provide subsidised classes to local community groups by using funds generated by their regular classes and also offer workplace classes, private groups and one to one classes, which also contribute to their programme community classes.
