Would you benefit from a course that provides help with your personal development, business skills and digital education? Skills@Work is a 12 week programme designed to support people currently in work and individuals seeking work, encouraging them to get involved in wider community life. The programme, delivered by BEAM can help people to take ownership of their short and long term goals and build the skills they need to find and stay in sustainable employment.
It builds on the benefits of lifelong learning and personal development by encouraging participants to identify and take confidence in their existing talents and abilities. Participants build confidence and learn the practical skills and tools they need to thrive in work. Through her career and at BEAM, Dunja has supported clients including the DWP, East Ayrshire, Fedcap, Kilmarnock Prison, NHS Network and the Woodlands Debating Group.
