Mentoring helps inspire people to develop and trust in their abilities, builds their confidence levels and skill set so that they are able to succeed and reach their goals.
BEAM's mentoring services are delivered by the founder and director, Dunja Burke, whose extensive experience and passion for teaching and mentoring means mentees are actively supported and is available face-to-face, online or over the telephone. Through her career and at BEAM, Dunja has supported clients including the DWP, East Ayrshire, Fedcap, Kilmarnock Prison, NHS Network and the Woodlands Debating Group.
