BME Business Training
Description
Are you a BME group or organisation looking for Business to Business training from experienced leaders and mentors? Radiant and Brighter’s programme supports BME communities to unlock their entrepreneurial talent and start-up in business. Support is provided to enable a greater understanding of the business culture and structures in Scotland. Working alongside our partners in the Scottish business ecosystem, participants are equipped to start up their own business and achieve greater economic sustainability.
For existing businesses, the programme helps organisations to identify their weaknesses, build on their strengths and unlock their unique potential. Through planning, reflection, evaluation and team building, this training programme empowers groups to work towards their desired outcomes and visions.
Culture influences what organisations and businesses choose to teach, what knowledge is valued, what skills will be used, their ethics and ultimately how much potential they are able to unlock within their teams. Through this series of workshops BME groups and organisations can identify opportunities and the unique potential within their teams, harnessing their unique and various strengths and skills for growth, development and sustainability.

Radiant and Brighter is a social enterprise, founded in 2012, that aims to promote diversity through education, inspiration and changing perceptions, applying the insights gained by their founders on their own journey to deliver greater societal integration and economic participation. Their approach aims to bridge the gap between the needs of the growing BME refugee and migrant communities and existing support provision in Scotland.
Radiant and Brighter’s success has been recognised for their pioneering work and good practice in a number of press and media articles in addition to a variety of awards and publications including being featured on STV and in the Scottish Entrepreneurship Government paper.
