Is your organisation looking for a new affordable office space to rent?
The Circle in Dundee has 17 offices available to rent on a minimum lease of one year. They believe in a single fee for everything which is why utilities and internet access, recycling services, parking and meeting room hire are included in the rent. Tenants also receive free or discounted rates to attend training, access to book an events space once a month free of charge and 8 hours of free consultancy a year.
Current tenants include Cornerstone, Barnardo’s, and The Richmond Fellowship. There is currently a waiting list for their Dundee offices but do get in touch.
The Circle have expanded into Glasgow and are currently looking for residents to occupy their newly acquired building in the East End of Glasgow. Offices are available on a short-term and long-term basis and have spaces from 150sq ft – 2000sq ft from £8 per sq. ft. The Circle Glasgow are happy to show interested parties around.
