The Wisdom Collective’s facilitation and questioning techniques will help you and your colleagues step out of their comfort zone, challenge assumptions, and lean into the inevitable mess and ambiguity of living. They develop critical thinking skills as well as appreciation of conceptual complexity.
The Wisdom Collective’s process is intrinsically relational. 'Dialogue at Work' sessions will enable your employees to pause and build trust and community with each other. Philosophical enquiry teaches participants to be curious as they encounter interpersonal differences, conflicting views, and convergent ideas. Time is set aside to explore the experience of being in dialogue, which helps participants to integrate what they have learned into their daily life.

The Wisdom Collective exists to support the development of independent learners, who think, relate and create with greater depth. Through facilitating philosophical discussions, and teaching mindfulness, they provide people with opportunities to learn about their own intellectual and emotional capacities, and explore and expand these in everyday life. The Wisdom Collective brings people together to develop their critical and creative thinking skills, and their ability to relate to others, understand differing perspectives, and understand themselves.
Their sessions involve active, collaborative learning. Based on games, questions, discussion and reflection, they engage participants to grapple with issues on their own terms and direct their own learning. By instigating discussion among participants, and eliciting reasons and explanations from them, facilitators help participants to listen to others, and build the confidence to express and develop their own ideas.
