We use our Ethical Supply Chain Framework to offer the following packages of support:
- Review: We will review your operations and supply chain and will provide an overall health check, analysing how your business contributes towards the SDGs, Fair Trade principles and key ESG considerations.
- Advisory Report: Following on from the review, we will create an Advisory Report, outlining a range of options detailing what actions could be taken, the business case for (or against) these, and the likely cost and timeline implications.
- Fixing / Implementation plan: The implementation plan is a deeper piece of work that outlines how key interventions can be made. We can provide practical hands-on support should you wish to apply for Fair Trade verification/certification or other ethical accreditation schemes.
- Outcomes Reporting: We can support you to develop your annual impact report, and/or develop reporting structures that you can utilise to demonstrate and maintain your ethical commitments.
