Connection Experience – NLP & Horse-Guided Session
Description
A gentle, grounding experience combining NLP-inspired coaching and horse-guided interaction to help you relax, reset, and reconnect with yourself. Includes grounding exercises, reflective grooming, emotional awareness work, and a calm connection session with one of our horses. Suitable for beginners and those seeking wellbeing, clarity, or confidence-building.
We offer a number of standalone wellbeing experiences that can be added onto programmes or delivered separately, including:
• Sound baths with horses
• Yoga with horses
Each of these can be delivered as individual sessions or incorporated into a wider day or retreat experience.
Eat Sleep Ride is an accessible, community-led social enterprise on the South East coastline on their off-grid 24-acre farm. They support people on their journey to wellness and abundance through high-quality interactive equine, nature and countryside initiatives whilst instilling our zero impact ambitions. ESR offer a range of services such as ridden tuition, experience days, events and clinics, professional training pathways, venue hire, livery, clipping, horse training, backing, and rehabilitation services. They also offer a range of non-equine services such as volunteering opportunities, employability training,alternative education provision, skills workshops, creative personal and professional development, health and wellness packages, and venue hire. |
