With Locavore you can buy wholesale in two ways: they sell dry goods through their trading department and they also offer a selection of fresh organic fruit and veg through their wholesale department. Their extensive range of food products also includes olive oils, fresh vegetables, salts, condiments, pastas, and tinned goods.
Locavore aims to create shorter and more sustainable supply chains that benefit producers while helping to give independent businesses the edge to compete with supermarkets and big businesses. Some of their customers include the East Ayrshire council, Dig In Bruntsfield and The Refillery.

Locavore is a social enterprise working to deliver better local food systems. They grow organic food in Glasgow, run an organic veg box scheme, a cafe & grocery store. They also teach local people how to grow organic veg and run the Good Food Fund where the team provides fresh food for local people in food poverty.
