LGBTQ+ Inclusion Training and Consultancy

Pride Outside CIC deliver LGBTQ+ Diversity Training and provide consultancy to private, public and third sector organisations in the UK and internationally.

Pride Outside offer 3 types of training solutions including:

1. Live Training Courses (in-person or online) Pride Outside's LGBTQ+ Inclusion or Gender Diversity Training can be delivered as a 1hr Learning Lunch right through to a full day training for people working directly with the LGBTQ+ community.
2. E-learning Course The "From LGBTQ+ Confusion to Inclusion" 2hr e-learning course can be completed by your staff in their own time and at their own pace. The course also include a live Q&A session after training has been completed.
3. Consultancy, Coaching & Speaking You can commission Pride Outside to write or review your existing policies around LGBTQ+ inclusion and deliver a training plan to roll out best practice to staff and volunteers. They also provide coaching to managers, supporting staff members who are transitioning and work with LGBTQ+ staff networks. Pride Outside are also experienced key note speakers and regularly speak on panels on LGBTQ+ Inclusion.

All of their training is trauma informed and centres lived LGBTQ+ experiences. Pride Outside are passionate about equity and are committed to their own continued learning in intersectionality and equalities.
