It is a not-for- profit Community Interest Company (CIC) working with homeowners, residents’ associations and housebuilders across Scotland. They do much more than taking care of buildings and common areas. They are committed to offering a bespoke maintenance service at a fair price. Everything they do must be for the good of the communities they work with. Based on the quality of their service, Ethical Maintenance was recommended by the Parliamentary Review as a best practice representative.
