These Deer Heads have a 30cm antler span and have been mounted on a 15cm material covered base. It measures approximately 20cm from the base to the end of the nose.

As well as being a working croft, Darach Croft has been established as a ‘Social Croft’. Social Crofting uses the resources on the croft to provide social support, promote wellbeing, and improve psychological and emotional functioning for people with mental health issues, learning disabilities and autism. As part of this we offer agricultural, horticultural and conservation activities on the croft; nature-based craft activities both on and off the croft using natural materials from the croft and the surrounding areas; and ‘Nature-based Mindfulness’ activities in the local woodlands
