If you love candles now you can now make your own. Mecoco's Candle Making kit contains everything you need to make a candle in a large tin, in most of our current scents and your choice of colour. The kit is in a luxury white magnetic closure box.
The box contains full instructions, soy wax, the tin (with lid), wick, wooden spoon, fragrance oil and dye. It also contains a thermometer and gadget to hold your wick in place whilst your candle sets.
You will need a container to melt the wax in (best to use a metal or glass jug), a saucepan and timer (your mobile phone should do the trick!).

You can now look forward to receiving a different candle to make every 3 months with our Candle Kit subscription service. We'll send you a seasonal candle kit every 12 weeks which you could either make yourself or gift to a special someone.
The kit contains hazardous chemicals so is not suitable for unsupervised children.
Mecoco is a social enterprise which makes and sells beautiful candles and melts. They believe that everyone, regardless of their disability can make a meaningful contribution and has the right to experience the workplace in their own community should they wish to.
They offer experience to individuals regardless of their level of ability and adapt equipment, processes and even their products to make the job as accessible as possible. They also welcome pupils from both local mainstream and additional support schools for work experience every week.
